Just to note: As initially submitted, the second sentence read "It'll probably cost the dog upward of $300 for a replacement job, since they can be a real b*tch to replace.", but I explicitly gave Manyhills the option of removing the second part, as I was uncertain if the secondary joke warrented the use of the word.
