Episode 2550: Her Park is Worse Than Her Plight, non-spoiler
The parking flaw reminds me of something the Giant (the author of the Order of the Stick comic) said. He chose to build his world over D&D rules, and the party now has a 16th level wizard. So normally you'd assume that he could just teleport the party to their destination. (It would take two days now because the party is too big and she needs three castings of Greater Teleport, but still.) But the Giant wants the party slowly traveling across the globe, because that makes a more interesting story. So he had to make sure that the teleport can't work, and find a justification under the D&D rules for his readers.
Here in Darths & Droids, the GM also wants to include some scenes where Rey and his companions are traveling to their destination. That's why he likes Rey's flaw so much.
