Does Australia allow non-citizen residents and refugees to vote?
In the context of the current the US election issue this seems odd to me, and weirdly political for Irregular Webcomic.
Of course President Allosaurus is probably less mentally disturbed than some of our recent candidates and so presumably hasn't supercharged the issue with outright lies about false birth certificates or millions of non-citizen voters, but I can't imagine an American government agent being so blase about that question even in the past, let alone these days
