Honestly, this strip feels a bit... underqualified for SRoMG. It's just commentary on a Rugrats comic strip, and the only relevance to Garfield is that he's the one providing the commentary. You could swap Garfield out for any other character and the whole thing would probably make just as much sense, if not more.
